Fun World Entertainment Network Service Agreement
1. Special Notice
1.1 Fun World Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as “Fun World Entertainment”) provides internet-based services in accordance with this Agreement. Users must agree to all terms of this Agreement and complete the registration process to obtain a Fun World Account. Clicking “Agree” indicates full acceptance of this Agreement.
2. Service Content
2.1 The services provided include, but are not limited to, PC GAMES and the online game JX2 World (Swordman World 2) and related services. Fun World Entertainment reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time.
2.2 Some services may require payment. Fees and payment methods will be clearly indicated. Users who refuse to pay will not be able to access paid services.
2.3 Users are responsible for all equipment and costs required to access the internet and use the services.
3. User Rules
3.1 Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering a Fun World Account.
3.2 Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities conducted under their account.
3.3 Accounts may not be transferred, shared, sold, or leased. Fun World Entertainment is not liable for losses caused by user negligence.
3.4 Fun World Entertainment reserves the right to review or restrict accounts showing abnormal activity or security risks.
3.5 Users must comply with applicable laws and must not engage in cheating, hacking, or any activity that disrupts service operations.
3.6 Users are solely responsible for content they publish and must not post illegal, harmful, or infringing material.
3.7 Users may request account deletion through official channels. Once deleted, all data and virtual assets will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All service content, including text, images, software, and game content, is owned by Fun World Entertainment or its licensors.
4.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
4.3 User-generated content grants Fun World Entertainment a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license for service-related use.
5. Privacy Protection
5.1 Fun World Entertainment values user privacy and protects personal data in accordance with applicable standards.
5.2 User information may be disclosed when legally required or with user consent.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Services are provided “as is.” No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6.2 Fun World Entertainment is not liable for losses caused by network issues, force majeure, or third-party factors.
7. Service Changes or Termination
7.1 Fun World Entertainment may modify, suspend, or terminate services as needed.
7.2 Maintenance-related interruptions will be announced when possible.
8. Breach of Agreement
8.1 Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or termination.
8.2 Users are responsible for damages caused by their violations.
9. Agreement Modification
9.1 This Agreement may be updated periodically and announced via the official website.
9.2 Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
10. Notices
10.1 Notices may be delivered via website announcements, email, or other reasonable methods.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties.
11.2 Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of remaining terms.
